Absolutely! Our jewelry is 100% waterproof. You can swim in the ocean, lounge in the pool, or rinse off in the shower — just give it a quick rinse and dry to keep it glowing.

PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition — a high-tech process that bonds 18k gold to stainless steel at a molecular level. It’s what makes Mare & Oro jewelry waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and long-lasting.

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on the way.
Domestic shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also log into your account or use the link in your order confirmation.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at hello@mareandoro.com and we’ll do our best to update it. Once it’s been shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
Because our pieces are made in small batches and inventory is limited, all orders are final sale.
But if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ve got you — just email us at hello@mareandoro.com within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Oh no! That’s never the golden standard. Please email us within 5 days, include a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or refund if eligible.
